We publish abstracts in the proceedings book and full texts in the journal. However the authors are free to choose to publish the full texts in the proceedings and avoid the journal publishing. In rare cases we can publish the full texts both in proceedigs and in the journal if the authors insist.

The accepted full papers will also be published in the scientific journal EJEF as per author preferences.
